About Me

Passionate about my work and the people I work with, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where clients will feel respected and listened to.

I am based in Haywards Health/Lindfield, West Sussex.

I am registered to council adults over 18, teens and young adults between the ages of 13-18. I offer talking, walking and creative therapies.

My background is in counselling, nursing, teaching and the arts, working in both public and private sectors in the UK and overseas.
